Built in 1927. Named Hotel McCulloch after owner Lena McCulloch. In
1937, it was bought by Irene Gooch and renamed the Palomar Hotel.
It once contained a drug store and soda fountain and later a Post
Office. The Thunderbird Totem was placed by Bob Majeski who purchased
the hotel in 1954. |
